# 200 Master Study based on Marc Brunet's Impossible "LOV3"

And so ends the 100 Paintings of the Internet. I started this set of 100 paintings in August 2018. It has been a long journey that is now finally over.

I thought it would be fitting to end this series with a tribute to Marc Brunet's Impossible LOV3. A long long time ago (when I was in high school) I saw Marc's artwork being passed around the internet. It had such an effect on people that, even to this day this piece or one of Marc's later versions of it are still being spread around online (sadly without anyone involved in the spreading even knowing who the original artist is; his work back then has faded into the mists of legend).

At this stage I'm probably still a little too early in my journey to be doing master studies seriously, but I wanted to have this first attempt in the 100 Paintings of the Internet since Marc's work had such an impact on people online.

For my next series of 100 paintings, I have decided to try focus more on sci-fi subjects since many of my stories take place in the outer reaches of space. Here is the first painting from 100 Other Worlds.
